The National Health Screening 40+ Program is a program that allows people over the age of 40 to undergo a comprehensive examination for the early detection of common diseases free of charge:

cardiovascular diseases

diabetes mellitus

mental health problems
Who can undergo screening and from what age?
All citizens of Ukraine over the age of 40 can undergo health screening, regardless of their place of registration or residence.
What services will the patient receive when undergoing the 40+ screening?
Questionnaire and risk assessment (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mental health).
Physical examination (measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, waist circumference, etc.).
Laboratory and instrumental studies:

lipid profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoproteins, low-density lipoproteins)

glycated hemoglobin
-
blood electrolytes (Na, K)
-
serum creatinine
-
glomerular filtration rate
-
urine albumin/creatinine ratio

electrocardiogram
-
examination of the vessels of the fundus
How to pass the 40+ Health Screening?
Every person over the age of 40 will receive an invitation for screening in the Diya application on the 30th day after their birthday. This applies to all Ukrainians aged 40 and older. After accepting the invitation, you must order a Diya.Card in the application or use your own, already issued one. In 7 days, funds will be credited to it - 2,000 hryvnias. They can only be used to pass the 40+ Health Screening.
